Lizzette Yee-Weber is the Founder of Talent Connect Executive Search & HR Solutions and a trusted advisor to organizations navigating growth, transformation, and leadership challenges. With more than 25 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, human resources, and organizational development, she has partnered with business leaders, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, and growing enterprises across the United States and Mexico to build high-performing teams and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Her expertise spans leadership recruitment, workforce strategy, organizational design, and human capital solutions that support long-term business success.
Lizzette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has earned several respected industry certifications, including SHRM-SCP, PHR, Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS). Known for her strategic perspective, relationship-driven approach, and commitment to excellence, she is passionate about helping organizations solve complex people challenges while creating meaningful opportunities for professionals to grow and thrive. Nicole Yee
Nicole specializes in executive search and talent acquisition for manufacturing organizations across both the United States and Mexico. She partners with companies to identify and attract high-performing professionals for leadership, operations, engineering, supply chain, human resources, and other specialized roles critical to business success.
With a Master's Degree in Human Capital Management and Organizational Development from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG), Nicole combines expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and workforce planning with a consultative recruiting approach. Her deep understanding of the U.S. and Mexico labor markets allows her to help clients navigate complex hiring challenges and build strong, sustainable teams.

Chrysanne is a Talent Acquisition and HR professional with over five years of experience supporting healthcare, education, nonprofit, and financial services organizations. As a SHRM-CP and Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) candidate, she specializes in talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, and candidate experience.
