Lizzette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has earned several respected industry certifications, including SHRM-SCP, PHR, Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS). Nicole specializes in executive search and talent acquisition for manufacturing organizations across both the United States and Mexico. With a Master's Degree in Human Capital Management and Organizational Development from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG), Nicole combines expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and workforce planning with a consultative recruiting approach.
