Lizzette Weber

With 20+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition in all manufacturing and maquiladora related areas, Lizzette Weber launches her own firm January 2018.
Proven expertise managing client services and all talent acquisition needs for companies on start-up, rightsizing, downsizing, and rapid growth and expansion modes. Strong background on onboarding, employee retention, teambuilding, outplacement, cost-reduction, continuous improvement and due- diligence processes. Extensive work as a Human Resources consultant for world class manufacturing companies.

During her last role as Talent Acquisition Manager for Jabil, Lizzette was responsible for creating and deploying divisional talent acquisition strategies to meet all business needs. The role oversaw team metrics, as well as emphasized talent acquisition tools, processes, and programs to positively strengthen the division & capabilities in attracting, assessing, and selecting best in class talent. Her organization helped the company place over 3,000 candidates and fill hundreds of specialized, “hard to find positions” and executive level open positions.
